What loan amount can I get?
As per the CB Guide lines following Rules apply while approving Mortgage
1) For Expatriates for 1st Property above AED 5 Mio you will get up to 75% Of the value
2) For Expatriates for 1st property below Aed 5 Mio you will get up to 80% of the value and 85% for UAE Nationals
3) For all the subsequent properties up to 60% of the Market Value
What is the interest rate?
Depending upon the bank approving the rates from as low as 2.21%. Additionally there are fixed rate options for 2, 3, 5 and 10 years tenure.
What is the rate post 1 year?
1) For the following years it will be linked to either EIBOR OR Banks base lending rate
2) Fixed rate products up to 5 years are available from the banks.
